**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, external audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policy.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification highly desired
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Supervise and guide accounting staff
- Participate in audits and tax preparation
